PETER SPRINGER ISSA Specialist in Exercise Therapy IAAF Youth Athletics Coach IFA Personal Trainer , Cardio Kickboxing, Step Aerobics, Yoga Instructor Peter Springer is a certified specialist in Exercise Therapy, certified personal trainer and IAAF youth athletics coach. His skills far exceeds his many certifications as he has been involved in athletics for over twenty four years and has been coaching track and field for over eighteen years. He's also won many local, regional and international medals and coached several athletes to national and international success. Peter has devoted his entire life to sports and fitness putting focus on rehabilitation in the past six years. After he was diagnosed with scoliosis and suffered a herniated disc early in 2013, then survived being struck by a car and pinned between two vehicles in 2014, which happened right after he won a silver medal in the men's high jump event at the 2014 NCCWMA regional athletics championships in San Jose, Costa Rica. He recovered using rehabilitation techniques that he designed himself and he now applies these techniques to helping all of his clients. Peter believes in the scientific approach to fitness training and that mental fitness is always the first step to take when climbing the staircase of healthy living. Peter lives by his strong affirmation; "The AIM of exercise is to GAIN and not STRAIN and if you feel some PAIN this can be good or bad depending on how you TRAIN"

Janielle Springer, founder of Pilatercize Fitness specializing in pilates and other fusion of workouts which includes yoga and flexibility, cardio and strength training to name a few. Pilates has been my main specialty as the health benefits from these exercises are amazing. I’m not only keen on working with young adults but also injured individuals who are in need of rehabilitation exercises to get their muscles firing and functional again. Also a Certified Weight Management Specialist, I thoroughly assist my clients needs through weight loss, meal planning and even working with athletes for improving athletic performance through the right diet and physical training required. Additionally, my passion for fitness has enabled me to work with kids whilst keeping them fit, therefore earning my certification under ISSA has enabled my vision and goal to motivate and encourage kids fitness through dance (kidzumbathon), flexibility and posture training, pilates and improving their physical literacy skills for their own personal development.

Resistance HiiT Pre-recorded Course
This resistance HIIT workout will help you lose weight by building lean muscle which will burn more fat as a result. HIIT also builds muscle conditioning and endurance.


Do as many rounds of this resistance HIIT workout as you can. It is suggested that Beginners do 1 to 2 rounds while Intermediate and advanced do 3 to 5 rounds of this resistance HIIT workout.


If you do not have dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, or any standard weights, you can improvise by using water bottles, sandbags, a backpack, or any regular item that can provide even resistance. There are many benefits to doing HIIT workouts and you can use light weights with high reps or medium to heavy weights with low reps.

This Pilates online live class will be 30 mins long. Experience a full body burn and enhanced flexibility.

Target your core, legs and glutes to look amazing and feel great doing these effective online Pilates workouts. There are also specific exercises to sculpt, tone and lift your entire glutes.

=LIVE online Tabata workouts
Join our live online Tabata Classes that will help you build muscle and strength, improve conditioning, burn fat and increase mobility and agility. Every Tabata class that you attend will be 30 minutes long from warm up to cool down. The class consists of 3 Tabata rounds, each round will be 4 minutes in duration with a 2-minute rest between the rounds to allow recovery. The Tabata rounds are online Personal Trainer made up of 8 sets of exercises, each of the exercises being 20 seconds in duration with a 10 second rest between the exercises to maintain intensity.

Peter and Janielle's in-person fitness Services:


Personal Training
Bootcamp - Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: class 1 at 4:30pm, class 2 at 5:30pm. (Local time). Classes are 45 minutes long. Boot camp runs for 6 weeks starting April 5th 2021.
